VIVACITY’S INCLUSIVE ACTIVITES DAY IS BACK THIS SUMMER

Writer: ESP OnlineESP Online

To celebrate the summer Vivacity are holding an inclusive activities day on Friday June 21 at the Athletics track.

Like previous years, there will be a range of fun, adapted activities including footgolf, adapted cycling, archery, boxercise and much more.

The day allows participants to try out Vivacity’s inclusive activities and is a great way to meet new people in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Friends, family and carers are all encouraged to attend.

There are two time slots on the day: 10am – 2.30pm and 4 – 7pm and the programme of activities can be accessed for just £5.

Last year was a great success and saw over 400 attendances. One of the participants, David, told Vivacity – “It’s fun and lovely meeting new people, my favourite sport was archery.”

The activities that are on offer during the inclusive activities day are available throughout the year.

Visit www.vivacity.org/inclusivesports to view the all year round programme of activities.
