Business workers and shoppers are being asked to take some time out from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a little Christmas spirit at Peterborough Cathedral.
City centre workers and shoppers are warmly invited to Peterborough Cathedral this Wednesday December 18 at 1pm, for a lunchtime of traditional Christmas carols.
The popular Business and Shoppers Carols event is a wonderful opportunity for you to get together with your work mates or take the weight off your feet and take a short break from the Christmas shopping, and join in singing carols led by members of Peterborough Cathedral Choir.
Thanks to sponsorship from Hegarty Solicitors, everyone’s invited to enjoy mulled wine and mince pies after the service in the South Transept of the Cathedral.
There’ll be short readings to tell the Christmas story during the 30-40 minute event and you’re encouraged to wear your Christmas jumper if you’d like to.
