The new premium gym in Hampton is now open for tours, giving you the chance to see the first class health, beauty and fitness facilities on offer.
Based just minutes from Serpentine Green on the A15 London Road, the new centre hosts a 25m swimming pool, sauna & steam room, as well as three dance, exercise and spin studios offering over 120 fitness classes every week. There are also four beauty treatment and physiotherapy rooms and an on-site café where you can relax over a bite to eat.

The fitness suite with its state-of-the-art gym comes with a full range of equipment, offering cardio vascular, core and stretch, resistance, X-Cube functional-training, free-weights and plate loading areas to help you achieve a workout that that brings variety, a feel-good factor and real results. To help you towards your goals, the gym suite offers SmartCentre® technology, allowing you to track and monitor your fitness as you develop and pre-programmes each gym station to your exact specification. It also reports on vital statistics and body composition with in-depth information on your body mass index, fat free mass, visceral fat and metabolic-age, giving you a better insight to the real benefits of your workout.
