Here’s your chance to see Peterborough Cathedral from a whole new angle during this weekend’s fantastic Heritage Festival.
While dozens of historical re-enactors populate the heritage village in the Cathedral grounds and the city centre this weekend for the Heritage Festival (21-22 June), the Cathedral itself is offering a limited number of guided Tower Tours.
There are just a few places left and the Tower Tours run twice on Saturday (11am and 1.45pm) and once on Sunday (at 1.45pm).
Not only can visitors take a closer look at the beautiful ceilings and stained glass windows but also take in the spectacular view from the very top of the tower… if you’re brave enough!
