A variety of entertainment including an appearance by Stacey Solomon is due to light up the Tickled Pink Charity Ball and Auction.
The Truly Tickled Pink Ball comes to The Marriott Hotel on Saturday November 30, with a host of entertainment to liven up your weekend. A fundraiser for Against Breast Cancer, it’s a black tie affair – dressing to impress will be an absolute must for this one!
Beginning with a drinks reception, there’s plenty more in store for this jam-packed evening of entertainment! One of the biggest highlights of the evening will be an appearance from Dagenham’s favourite, Stacey Solomon. She was uncovered as a gem in her television debut for the X-Factor, going from strength to strength since being on the show. As well as her performances and television work, she’s also recently released the autobiography ‘My Story So Far’, which details her journey to fame from more humble beginnings.
There’s music from Peterborough five piece New Generation Crash and Burn. This live band will supply the best in alternative pop and rock ranging from the 60’s right through to the present day. Saucy outfit Strictly Burlesque also visit to showcase their brilliant Cabaret show! You can expect tassels and plenty of feathers for their teasing performance. They’ve got their outfit and you have yours, but if you fancy taking yourself a little less seriously, then there’s a caricaturist on hand to give you a quirky portrait.
To top things off, there’s also a clarinet player and a Victorian candy cart, the likes of which you might not have seen before. We’re sure that the three-course meal won’t go a miss after all of that excitement either!
Against Breast Cancer works tirelessly to provide new research into breast cancer and finding markers that can indicate the re-emergence of breast cancer in previous sufferers. 50% of the profits from this event will go towards making their efforts even more widespread. There’s a huge range of entertainment, so if you fancy getting suited and booted this winter and doing your bit for a great cause, come down to the Marriott Hotel in Lynchwood on Saturday November 30 at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at £65 (there’s also discount on a table of 10).
