PRE-SCHOOL KIDS TO LEAD CATHEDRAL NATIVITY SERVICE

It’s time to get that warm and fuzzy festive feeling as children from Eyrescoft Pre-School in Peterborough become the stars of a special nativity service for the very young to be held at Peterborough Cathedral on Friday December 13, at 12 noon.

The service has been planned by the Cathedral with the Pre-School Learning Alliance and anyone caring for young children is invited to bring them along.  The service will involve the children in the nativity story with theatre, songs and lots of audience participation. Children are encouraged to come dressed as nativity characters and to bring bells to shake along with the music.

The half hour long service will be followed by refreshments and everyone’s welcome.

For more info visit www.peterborough-cathedral.org.uk or call Mark Tomlins, the Cathedral’s Schools and Families Officer, on 01733 355300.
