If you’re panicking about what you’re going to do with the kids over the holidays – this looks great fun for a day out!

The Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure in Norfolk has had a £2 million investment and includes a new high wire visitor attraction, an upgraded restaurant, a new building and other major improvements.

The family owned theme park in Lenwade near Norwich has just officially launched its new Predator High Ropes attraction – which offers the world’s first parallel sky rails with twin lanes of zip wires.

At 35 metres long, Predator High Ropes is the longest in Europe with two levels of difficulty and is part of a new round of investment at the popular dinosaur- themed family park. This year it won Best Large Visitor Attraction in the 2018 EDP & EADT Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards.

It’s been owned by the Goymour family since 2006 and has recently rebranded as Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure (previously Dinosaur Adventure) and attracts over 300,000 visitors a year.

Adam Goymour, park manager said – “This latest round of investment means that the park will appeal to older children and crucially the teenage market, which strengthens our family feel. We have also invested heavily in the infrastructure as well as a significant £900,000 upgrade to The Explorers restaurant.”

The 85-acre park is open all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day offering family fun adventure of a Jurassic nature, including animatronic dinosaurs in natural settings, Dippy’s Splash Zone and Dinomite – Norfolk’s largest indoor play area.

“The park is family owned and managed and we are hugely proud of what we offer to our customers. We believe that our approach and the continual investment in our offering means that we are always improving our visitor experience and give families a really strong reason to keep coming back to us,” said Adam.
