Flags at the ready folks – you can now buy tickets for Peterborough’s very own Last Night of the Proms concert at The Key Theatre on Sunday April 7 at 7pm.
The Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor George Simons, will be hosting Peterborough’s Last Night of the Proms in aid of his chosen charities so get ready to singa long to all those Proms classics withought having to head to London!
Foss Dyke Brass Band will re-create the atmosphere and music of the traditional concert held each year and a prize raffle will also be held during the evening.
Councillor Simons said: “This event has become a highlight of the mayoral calendar and many of the residents I meet tell me how much they look forward to it.
“Foss Dyke Brass Band are superb and will make Peterborough’s Last Night of the Proms an occasion to remember. Book your place now and help several good causes while having a fantastic evening out.”

All proceeds will be donated to the Mayor’s charities which are The Rudolf Fund and Supporters of Combat Stress.
