Staff and regulars at Charters Bar are taking part in a 969 sponsored cycle ride for Sports Relief.
The iconic city centre venue and real ale emporium have decided to hold the charity cycle ride on board. Caring staff and regulars have volunteered to cycle 969 miles the distance from John O’Groats to Lands End. Sponsorship forms and collection buckets will be available for customers to donate to this worthy cause.
They’ll be starting this brave cycle challenge on Friday March 21 ending on Sunday March 23. Stuart Wright general manager told ESP – “We’re really looking forward to the challenge. We hope we can raise a significant amount for Sports Relief. We’d also like to thank Howard Braband and GymKitUK for the loan of the cycles.”
