Are you interested in history but would rather not just read about it in books? Then don’t miss out on becoming an archaeologist at Flag Fen this summer!
Running Tuesday 20 – Thursday August 22 and Tuesday August 27 – Thursday August 29, Awesome Archaeology days will see Flag Fen brought to life! Discover more about this ancient site, unearth amazing finds, and take part in action-packed activities that the whole family will enjoy.
Meet a costumed interpreter and perhaps discover more about the Bronze Age, the Iron Age or life in Roman times. Take a trail around the site, and don’t miss out on visiting the Dig Tent to unearth some history for yourself!
Open 10am-5pm. Special event admission charges apply: adults £6, children, students and seniors £4, families £15, under 5s FREE, Heritage Pass holders FREE.
