The arrival of autumn can only mean one thing in Peterborough – the fabulous Autumn Show at the East of England Showground.
A fantastic day out, the popular one-day show on Sunday October 13 offers something for everyone – from fowl fans to lovers of livestock – a real mix of fur, feathers, wool and even beaks!
This is the only event of its kind in the region, mixing farming, agriculture and family fun and this year’s show will have a very special guest to entertain younger visitors – Peppa Pig and her family, who’ll be making a series of appearances throughout the day.
There’ll also be birds of prey an sheepdog displays, various dog events including Scruffts, the Supreme London Championships Small Livestock Show – billed as the rabbit world’s equivalent of Crufts – country events, giant veg competition, dozens of stalls and the latest craze to sweep the country … the Lamb National!
Tickets are only available on the gate priced £4 for children, £6 for senior citizens, £8 for adults and £20 for a family ticket. There’s free parking and the show runs from 8am until 4pm.
