The annual St Kyneburgha festival is back from Friday July 11 and Saturday July 12 for a fun filled weekend of live music, beautiful art and delicious food.
On Friday night enjoy live music from soul band The Soft Tone Needles (pictured below) who’ll get you boogying to their unique stomping grooves. Also on the music front Saturday night showcases Identity Crisis with their electro and acoustic tunes as well as happy hour at the bar from 6pm until 7pm.
Have a lovely breakfast Saturday morning prepared and served by the 63rd Peterborough Scout Group in the courtyard of the Village Hall followed by the church fete and family feast packed with family entertainment, stalls and attractions now starting from 1.30pm – 7pm.
If that wasn’t enough you can delight in art by the Castor and Ailsworth Art Society at the The Cedar Centre all weekend!
The latest attraction to be added on Saturday is a flypast by the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight – a Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane – weather permitting, at around 1.30pm.
