ROCK UP IN RED

Get your glad rags on and rock it in red at charity dinner and dance.

If you are still suffering from the post Christmas Blues, regional entertainment and events venue Peterborough Arena is giving you the chance to chase them away.

Continuing its commitment to good causes and supporting the community, the East of England Showground venue is teaming up with the British Heart Foundation for a fantastic fundraising event to fire up February in glittering style.

Some 2.7 million people in the UK suffer from heart disease – the UK’s single biggest killer. And with February officially recognised as National Heart Month, the countdown to raising awareness, boosting funds and a terrific night out is now on.

The Peterborough Arena Rock Up In Red dinner and dance will help to raise crucial funds for the charity.

A sophisticated red-themed evening of fabulous food, great live music and auction of stunning items takes place on Friday February 15.

Admission includes:

–         Drinks reception on arrival

–         3 course dinner

–         Coffee and chocolates

–         Live entertainment from the Motor City Vipers

–         The chance to support the charity through an amazing live auction

Nigel Cole, BHF volunteer fundraising manager (Northants & Cambs) told ESP – “Heart disease is the UK’s biggest killer and research into prevention and funds for new treatments is going on all the time.

“We are thrilled that Peterborough Arena is hosting this wonderful Rock Up In Red dinner and dance as part of our national campaign of awareness raising events – which we hope will capture peoples’ imagination and of course raise vital funds for the charity. It promises to be a great night out.”
