The dining out scene in Peterborough continues to go from strength to strength and now local chef Lee Clarke’s latest venture Prévost is open to diners…

Set in the former Flyers Club in Priestgate, the new restaurant is the culmination of Lee’s two decades spent cooking, tasting and learning in some of the world’s best kitchens.

The former head chef of Peterborough’s Clarke’s restaurant, now offers innovative tasting menus at Prévost ranging from 3 to 9 courses, and everything is sourced as locally as possible: with beef aged by a butcher in Stilton and wild mushrooms foraged from nearby woods.


The new restaurant is open plan serving just 28 covers, and almost all of the tables will have a view of Clarke cooking. Prévost also boasts a private dining room and an extensive cocktail menu created with an experienced mixologist which features cocktails such as the Grasmere Farm Old Fashion comprising Smoky Bacon Infused Wheat Bourbon, Maple Syrup & Apple.
