Peterborough will see a fantastic new health and beauty sanctuary open next year.
Alwalton Hall – the former home of Perkins Engines founder Frank Perkins – is being transformed into one of the area’s leading beauty and wellness sanctuaries.
The magnificent Georgian countryhouse in Alwalton village, will offer a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments.
Set in five acres of landscaped grounds and formal gardens the property will bere-configured to provide a range of consultation and treatment rooms, relaxation areas and lounges for clients. There is ample space for private parking in the Hall grounds.

Alwalton Hall will be staffed by seven full time therapists who’ll deliver a range of treatments including facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, massage and specialist skin treatments. The new facility is expected to open next spring.
The Hall is owned by Brian and Maggie Jones, who’ve both enjoyed successful careers in the corporate business world.
“We are very excited about this project. We want the Hall to be a place of relaxation, rejuvenation, wellness and beauty where every visitor has a memorable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave,” said Maggie.
“Our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure that guests receive the very highest standards of treatment and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.”
Work on adapting the building is underway and Alwalton Hall manager Jess Dovaston will begin recruiting very soon.
