X Factor & I’m A Celebrity star Jake Quickenden will be kicking off Christmas at Springfields in Spalding!
On Thursday October 29, between 6pm – 9pm Jake will switch on the spectacular Christmas lights at the outlet shopping centre.
With just a few weeks to go until Christmas, the event compered by Heart DJs Kev & Ros will see Jake flick the switch and be available for autographs accompanied on the night by live music from Radius 45.
It’s not just the Christmas lights that will signal the beginning of Christmas at Springfields, the Winter Wonderland walk will also open, free for people to enjoy.
The following week the festivities continue with the annual and eagerly anticipated Springfields Fireworks Display on November 5, this year the theme is movies and will see the display expertly choreographed to favourite big movie soundtracks. The gates will open at 6pm with the fireworks beginning at 8pm, £5 for adults and £3 for children, tickets are available at the Springfields website or Springfields Information Point.
Simon Stone, Retail Director said: “Christmas is always a great time at Springfields and this year we wanted it to be really special. We are delighted to have Jake switch on the lights and we’re really going to put on a great show with the movie themed fireworks display.”
