Ice hockey hard man joins the cast of Celebrities on Ice as it opens at the Peterborough Arena tonight (January 25)
The sparks and sequins could be flying during some friendly sporting banter as ice hockey hard man James Morgan joins the cast of Celebrities on Ice.
Former England international ice hockey team captain and current star of Peterborough Phantoms, James will be ditching his tools of the sporting trade for something slightly more sparkly as he gears up for the amazing show at Peterborough Arena.
Lining up alongside England rugby hero and former Dancing on Ice champion Kyran Bracken, James will be stepping slightly out of his sporting comfort zone for a faceoff of a different kind in front of thousands of fans!
The ice hockey hard man will be appearing in the star-studded family ice-skating and dancing spectacular, which also stars TV personality Chico, West End star Ray Quinn, Steps sensation Lisa Scott-Lee, the Russian Ice Stars and Canadian professional skater and crowd favourite Colin Ratushniak.
James, who owns Stilton Butchers near Peterborough, reveals that he plans to perform a ‘hockey stunt’ in the show and says he is really looking forward to the new challenge.
Celebrities on Ice is supported by Heart FM and sponsored by Anglia Co-operative.
Celebrities on Ice at Peterborough Arena runs from January 25-27 and is compered by Christopher Biggins.
