Here’s your chance to party red red carpet style and dress up as your favourite Hollywood character for an exciting event happening in the city soon, on behalf of Arthritis Research UK.
200 places are available for a Hollywood themed charity party taking place at Radius (above the Solstice) on Monday April 1 from 6.30pm.
Tickets cost just £10 per person, with all funds going to Arthritis Research UK. This price includes entry into the venue, American themed cuisine, a raffle ticket for the chance to win an American themed Hamper, and live entertainment.
A raffle, quiz, professional photographer, and fundraising games will also be available on the night.
So whether you’re an Officer & A Gentleman fan, favour Star Wars or Lord of the Rings or just want to pout like Marilyn Monroe this is set to be an Oscar winning night!
Event organiser and supporter of the charity, Lorenzo Monteforte, told ESP – “This will be a fun night out for all the family. I wanted to put on an event for Arthritis Research UK that all ages could support because so many people associate the condition with the elderly, but children get Arthritis too. In fact, over 15,000 children in the UK alone have it.”
Lorenzo added – “Arthritis affects more than 10 million people in the UK – that’s around 1 in 6. Peterborough has a population of over 184,500 people. That means around 30,750 people in the city have the condition. You can make a difference to all those people by attending this fun event.”
