Welcome to my new ESP feature I’m doing online for you all during lockdown…

This is to give you my top three suggestions of things to keep you motivated and most importantly to occupy you, while we all stay at home!

We have all bases covered, you might have the fitness bug and be right into the home workouts or perhaps a bit of a couch potato and Netflix & chilling might be how your spending your time, either way we have our Top 3 things we recommend for every category right here.

Top 3 Home Workouts:

  1. Joe Wicks PE Lessons – Known to many now as the ‘Body Coach’ with a string of successful books and TV presenting slots to his name specialising high intensity workouts, Joe Wicks, fitness coach extraordinaire has the nation covered with his Monday to Friday 9am PE classes via his hugely popular YouTube channel and trust me I have taken part, it’s not just for kids, it really is a family activity for all to keep fit during this time.   2. Fit With Stef – An app and Instagram page from fitness trainer founder Stefanie Williams. She has a big influence on the social media scene with over 1.3 million followers and focuses on home & gym workouts, which you can access through the app or daily by following her live workout on her Instagram, so a really accessible way to keep active. She also gives healthy recipes and is an advocate for building a supportive community, just the kind of spirit and fitness tips we need right now.

  3. Skipping Singh – The newest viral fitness sensation in the making, Mr Raj Singh also known as The Skipping Singh. The 73 year old is proving age is nothing but a number as he takes on different ways to keep fit & active during isolation and is focused on spreading positivity as we fight covid19.–U (YouTube: Raj Skipping Singh)
