GET READY FOR THE CITY’S FIRST PETERBOROUGH PRIDE FESTIVAL
The first Peterborough PRIDE UK festival in the city has some amazing entertainment lined up so it’s definitely going to be a loud and proud week long party!
Running from Friday June 29 to Friday July 6, this city-wide celebration has been designed to offer something for everyone. Peterborough PRIDE is about providing a platform for coming together, celebrating difference, being proud and showing support for our Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) friends and family.
Rather than just have a parade Peterborough PRIDE will see lots of different parties, performances, screenings, events and social gatherings at a whole range of venues.
It’s been great to see so many city businesses get behind Peterborough PRIDE and ESP is among them – we’ve been pleased to promote the festival and were proud to fly the rainbow flag on our June front cover.
You can find out more on the Peterborough PRIDE UK Facebook page and read more in the full programme on www.idea1.org.uk but here’s a snapshot of what’s coming up when…
