Springfields Outlet Shopping and Festival Gardens in Spalding has kids entertainment every day over the Easter Holidays.
Over the bank holiday weekend you can win a year’s supply of Thornton’s chocolate and the latest Nintendo Wii U console with accessories are the top prizes for one lucky winner in the Giant Easter Egg Hunt. The big hunt will be open every day over the Easter weekend and follows a trail around the beautiful Springfields Festival Gardens. Those taking part will solve the clues to find letters which when re-arranged will make a well known phrase. It costs just £2.50 to enter and each entrant will receive a Thornton’s Egg RRP £3.49.
Every weekend from the Easter Bank Holiday to April 14 there’s a petting zoo as well as the animals and their handlers from the Exotic Pet Refuge, Deeping St James who will be along on selected dates.
Springfields retailers Villeroy & Boch and The Craft Outlet are running ‘Paint a Plate’ crafting session’s midweek between 12-3pm, where children can design, paint and then keep their very own plate as a momento.
Completing the fun will be a circus skills person, small fairground rides, and more than 200,000 bulbs will be bursting into life in the Festival Gardens. Plus the ever-popular Spalding Water Taxi will begin its new season on Good Friday, ferrying passengers from Springfields to Spalding town centre and back.
Springfields is open every day over the holidays, even on Easter Sunday when more than 45 top name stores will be open with up to 75% off RRPs.
