Cheers! Peterborough Beer Festival is back and we’ll drink to that.
In fact we did, as ESP’s Alina Pashko joined the beer judging to help choose the festival’s best real ales… and there are quite a few to choose from!
Alina and the other judges had a fantastic time sampling the many brews - head to their Facebook pages to see which were the ultimate winners.
Of course you can now choose your own favourites as the 43rd Peterborough Beer Festival is well underway on the Embankment with thousands heading to Peterborough’s longest bar on the first day.
The beers will keep flowing (along with the gins, ciders, wine and world beers…) right through until Saturday night.
It’s so good to see this amazing event return and it’s thanks to the Peterborough branch of CAMRA and dozens of wonderful volunteers.
There’s great live music lined up every day (see our ESP Gig Guide page) as well as a funfair, stalls, games and plenty of food for when you get the munchies.
Look out for our ESP Paparazzi photographers and say hello and you could be featured.
Head down from noon to 3pm for the early session (£2 admission)each day, and then 3pm til 11pm (11.30pm Saturday) for the evening sessions and we’ll see you at the bar!
