Are you and the kids ready to welcome in the Year of the Horse?

Head along to your local Vivacity library between January 25 – February 1 to join in the celebrations for Chinese New Year!

Chinese New Year offers many traditions. Also known as the spring festival, it is the most important celebration in the Chinese calendar, and 2014 will be the Year of the Horse.

To celebrate, head along to a Vivacity library to enjoy a fun-filled event with stories, games and crafts. Test your skills with a memory game, make a puppet and more!

Eye Library – 25 January, 10am-11am

Thorney Library – 25 January, 11.30am-12.30pm

Bretton Library – 25 January, 1pm-2pm

Central Library – 25 January, 2pm-3pm

Woodston Library – 27 January, 3.30pm-4.30pm

Dogsthorpe Library – 1 February, 11.30am-12.30pm

Suitable for ages 6 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. £2 per child.
