Treat Mum to an encore performance of Andrea Bocelli at Showcase Peterborough this Mother’s Day.
This Mother’s Day, audiences at Showcase Peterborough have two opportunities to catch the encore presentation of Andrea Bocelli: Passione, an intimate concert from one of the best-selling classical artists of all time. The first screening takes place at 2pm on Sunday March 10 and the second follows later the same evening at 7pm.
Captured live at the Piazetta in Porto Fino, Andrea Bocelli lends his voice to the most famous love songs whilst sharing the stage with a sensational 40 piece orchestra that features Caroline Campbell on violin and Chris Botti playing trumpet. The event is hosted by Grammy award winner David Foster and Showcase audiences will be able to enjoy a rare, exclusive interview with the famous tenor that precedes the performances.
With nearly 20 years in the classical industry, Bocelli first received global recognition with ‘Time to Say Goodbye’, his iconic duet with Sarah Brightman in 1997. The tenor has since gone on to achieve meteoric success selling over 80 million albums worldwide, winning a host of awards, and receiving a much coveted star on the Hollywood walk of fame.
