Billy Ocean and Alexander O’Neal have announced a one-off Peterborough concert…

The two R&B icons and major stars of the Eighties will be performing at Peterborough Arena at the East of England Showground in September.

Both have a string of smash hits and well-known songs in their respective repertoires, including When the Going Gets Tough, Get Outta My Dreams, Caribbean Queen, Fake, Criticize, Saturday Love and many more.

Tickets for the concert on September 29 are on sale now, and this is the second major music event to be announced at the venue this year.

The show follows on from the Peter Andre special gig on September 28, with the Aussie star choosing the Peterborough venue to perform one of only a handful of live shows this year.

The heart throb pop star will be joined by a number of yet to be confirmed special guests

Keith Dalton, Peterborough Arena managing director, said – “This is great news for us. We know the demand for live music in Peterborough and as a venue we have been working hard behind the scenes to maximise Peterborough Arena and promote its use as the perfect concert venue.

“We are very excited and look forward to another fantastic show.”

Tickets and further information for both these concerts are available from http://www.seetickets.com/event/billy-ocean-alexander-o-neil/peterborough-arena/720594 and the Destination Centre in Bridge Street, Peterborough.

Please note – tickets are NOT on sale directly from Peterborough Arena.
