The Solstice in Peterborough is the place to be on St Patrick’s Day – the venue has lined up entertainment throughout the day with a big gig in the evening by U2Baby
They’ll have themed fun throughout the day on Sunday March 17 with an Irish inspired menu on offer all day, a live piper from 4pm, HD Sports throughout the day, karaoke from 9pm, giveaways and loads more – but the highlight is the live music in the evening.
They’ve booked the cracking U2 tribute band U2Baby who’ll be playing all the classic anthems from the band live in the SolGarden from 6pm with two 45 minute sets.
The band from west London play famous venues such as the Globe Cardiff, Sporting Club Monaco, Tribfest Bahrain, Mad Club Lausanne, and the Cavern Club in Liverpool… now it’s Peterborough’s turn as they aim to recreate the feeling of a live U2 gig.
Expect hit after hit from the 80s to the present day from A Sort of Homecoming to With or With Out You. These guys are the U2 fans’ tribute band of choice and the definitive tribute to the music of U2.
Normally it would cost you a tenner or more to catch this band but The Solstice are offering free entry so don’t miss!
