Matt is Britain’s most experienced and in demand Big Band vocalist, and on March 22, he takes to the stage with his new show – ‘Sing, Sing, Swing’. You know you’re in safe hands with this veteran performer who’s featured in three BBC Proms, made numerous appearances with the BBC Big Band, BBC Concert Orchestra, Halle Orchestra, CBSO, Northern Sinfonia, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, RTE Concert and RTE Symphony and Syd Lawrence Orchestras (with whom he toured for 5 years).
Overseas Matt has performed in the USA (in Hollywood), Austria (Graafenegg Festival), Berlin (Musikfest), Lyon (with Orchestra Nationale de Lyon) and France (with his own live show on Radio France). Matt has appeared on BBC’s One Show, ITV’s Alan Titchmarsh Show, and also has credits on BBC 3, BBC 4, QVC, Radio 2 & 3, and RTE One and Lyric FM.
In 2017 Matt recorded ‘Merry Christmas Everyone’ for the TESCO Christmas advertisement and is constantly in demand for recordings.
Matt now swings into spring with a show featuring a selection of favourite swinging standards, made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble, Matt Monro, and many more. Supported as always by his all-star band of world class musicians, Matt will tour the UK with Sing Sing Swing.
