Woof! Woof! Ferry Meadows Country Park is set to host its second Bark in the Park event.
Following the huge success of last year’s event the 2014 Bark in the Park, which will be held at Ferry Meadows on Saturday September 13 between 11am and 3pm, will include a number of additional attractions.
There will be demonstrations by Saint Sled dogs, Kama Cave Greyhound Sanctuary, Treib ball, Fenland Flyball team and Animal Helpline dog rescue. There will also be opportunities to have a go at dog agility and other dog training techniques and to test your dog’s skills at our Super Fetch Challenge.

Does your dog look like you? Or do they have a clever trick or a waggy tail? Are they the prettiest or handsomest of all dogs? Or are they the scruffiest? Whatever your dog’s unique characteristics are then there will be a class just for them in our fun dog show. Register in advance at our Visitor Centre in Ferry Meadows or on the day at the Nene Park Trust tent. It’s just £1 per entry with all proceeds going towards a dog agility trail in Ferry Meadows.
In addition to the arena events there will be a variety of side stalls such as pet supplies, veterinary and dog health advice, the Wood Green school for dogs and much more.
Take your dog along for a day packed with doggy fun!
