Get ready to relive your youth and memories of the Boro!
Parkway Dreams is a musical based on interviews with people who’ve lived and worked in the city during the last forty years and will be showing across Peterborough from the April 18 – 27.
This funny, new musical play by nationally acclaimed theatre company Eastern Angles tells the stories of the architects and politicians in charge of transforming the old fenland city into its modern day form. It’s also the emotional story of families torn apart, life long friendships and the emotional process of moving home.
So if you remember the long summer days riding your Raleigh Chopper around the local Rec, queuing around the ABC on Broadway for cinema tickets and buying purple bell-bottoms at C&A then Parkway Dreams is a must see!
Tickets are £11.50 (concessions £8.50) and are available by calling 01473 211 498.
It’s showing at the Key Theatre Studio on Thursday April 18, Ken Stmispson school on Friday April 19 and Saturday April 20, Ormiston Bushfield Academy on Wednesday April 24 and Thursday April 25, Jack Hunt School on Tuesday April 23 and at St. John’s Hall on Mayor’s Walk on Friday April 26 and Saturday April 27.
