Get ready fashionistas – H&M have announced they’ll be opening their highly anticipated new larger store in the Queensgate Shopping Centre on July 28.
H&M currently operates a successful store within the centre and this move will see the brand relocate to a new and improved retail unit. The new store will cover 2061sqm of selling space, offering even more fantastic Ladies, Divided, Mens and Kids fashion. New additions to the store will include Sportswear, an extra Divided range, plus their Beauty range will now be available. On launch morning customers in the queue will receive a discount wristband and will be able to enjoy an in-store DJ whilst perusing all the new store has to offer.
H&M’s Country Manager Carlos Duarte commented: “We are delighted to be relocating within the Queensgate Shopping Centre. This is a very exciting opportunity to expand our brand. We already have a base of fantastic customers in Peterborough and we hope the store will continue to impress them, offering something for everyone, no matter on age, budget or personal style.”
With sustainability at the heart of its business model, H&M are currently the only brand that offers a garment collecting service in all stores worldwide. The H&M garment collecting scheme was launched in 2013 and offers customers the chance to donate any unwanted clothes, by any brand, at any H&M store. All donated items are re-worn, re-used or recycled. The H&M garment collecting scheme is one of many examples of the brand’s efforts to work towards a more sustainable future.
