ESP’s Mikey Clarke caught up with drag queen Miz Cracker form RuPaul’s Drag Race at the Key Theatre in Peterborough.
Miz Cracker is the stage name of Maxwell Heller, an American drag queen and television personality. She’s best known for placing fifth on the tenth season of the reality competition television series RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Cracker brought her new show, American Woman to the Key Theatre recently. She used comedy and performance to open a discussion upon the way in which drag queens and gay men can become better allies to women in an age where feminism is more important than ever.
I may not sound like the demographic, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. This is a hilarious show for everyone. I was lucky enough to grab a few words with the popular drag queen. Check out the interview in the video below.
The television personality was performing at a one off performance in Peterborough, so although it’s too late to see her here – why not jump on the train to see American Woman at the London Palladium this Sunday (February 23) before she flies back across the pond.
