To celebrate the release of Best Picture Oscar-nominated US box office smash hit Hidden Figures – released next Friday (February 17) – ESP Magazine has teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox to provide five lucky readers with an exclusive pair of tickets each.
The tickets are for a Special Advance Preview Screening of the film at 6.30pm this Wednesday (February 15) at Peterborough’s Showcase Cinema de Lux.
Octavia Spencer (Best Supporting Actress Oscar winner for The Help), Taraji P Henson (Oscar nominee for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and Janelle Monae (The Equalizer) headline this incredible true story of a team of African-American women who provide NASA with important mathematical data needed to launch the program’s first successful space missions.
This visionary trio – who in the process crossed race and gender lines that inspired generations – served as the ‘brains’ behind one of the greatest operations in history, the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit, which was a stunning achievement that restored the nation’s confidence, turned the path of the ‘space race’ and galvanised the world.
Oscar winner Kevin Costner, Golden Globe nominee Kirsten Dunst, Big Bang Theory’s Jim Parsons and Mahershala Ali – recently nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the highly-acclaimed Moonlight – all co-star to round off a truly impressive ensemble cast in this drama, that has already sensationally amassed more than a $125million Stateside.
All you have to do to enter our ESP competition is email email@example.com with your name and contact number and the answer to the following question . . .
Q – What character does Jim Parsons play in The Big Bang Theory?
The closing date is Monday February 13 at 6pm. The five winners will be contacted and given an exclusive code to print off their pair of tickets. There is no cash alternative.
It is recommended that all winners arrive to take their seats at least fifteen minutes before the film starts, with doors opening at 6pm.[youtube id=”RK8xHq6dfAo” width=”600″ height=”350″]
