THOMAS ESCAPES TO PLAY ONCE AGAIN!

Nene Valley Railway recently said goodbye to Thomas, wishing him well for a stay in locomotive hospital.

Thomas-at-WansfordHowever, due to recent LHS (Locomotive Health Service) cutbacks his operation has been delayed and he’s become terribly bored sitting around in the loco shed waiting for something to happen.

Worried that his pistons will go rusty and he’ll get cobwebs in his chimney he’s pleaded with the Wansford controller to let him go out again.

The controller has finally agreed and on September 21 and 22 Thomas will be allowed out to play again, joining his friend Percival the Scunthorpe Steel engine for two days of high-jinks.

There will be multiple Thomas services throught the weekend so there’s no need to book.
