Countdown is on to a weekend of live music at Peterborough entertainment venue…
Music fans from around the country are expected to scream and dance their way through a weekend of live music from big name acts at Peterborough Arena.
Continuing to put live music on the map, the East of England Showground venue will be hosting an exciting two days of festival-style fun and music on outdoor and indoor stage – taking music fans on a journey from the Seventies through to the present day.
The concerts will mark a music milestone for the venue – and time is running out if you want to buy tickets for the gigs on Saturday September 28 and Sunday September 29.
Massive names due to headline on the respective days are Aussie heart-throb Peter Andre and Eighties R&B icon Billy Ocean.
Gates for the Saturday event open at 3pm, with main performances at 5pm. Concert is due to end at around 8pm. The confirmed line up includes:

Abba tribute band, Sweden
New British band, Only the Young
Latest Pete Waterman signing, James Graham
Stars of the Big Reunion – Liberty X
Headlining – Peter Andre
Peter said: “I can’t wait to come and see all my fans in Peterborough, it should be a great show. See you all there!”
Gates open on Sunday at 3pm and concert due to end at around 9.15pm. The day’s line up:

Keith Dalton, Peterborough Arena managing director, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming the fantastic Peter Andre and Billy Ocean, as well as a host of special musical guests to the venue.
“We have been working hard behind the scenes for many months to bring someone of their star quality to the venue – to meet the demand from many people locally and across the region for big names in music to play in Peterborough.”

Tickets are selling fast – and there are still limited VIP ticket packages available for both concerts. Please note – tickets are NOT on sale directly from Peterborough Arena.
