If you’re a local singer listen up! The production team from The Voice UK will be checking out local talent at Charters Open Mic session on Monday April 27.
They’ll be there from 5pm to watch acts perform so get yourself down there if you’d like to sing.
They won’t actually audition people, but they will be looking out for local talent and may take details of anyone who catches their attention.
We know we’ve got plenty of really talented singers in this city so if you have a great voice why not give it a go?
Local singer/songwriters Murray Hockridge and John Quinn have appeared on the BBC show in the past and this year saw Peterborough twins Classical Reflection and singer Vanessa Hunt from Wisbech all make it into the Battle Rounds – so next year it could be you!
You can sing acoustic with a guitar/keyboard or with a backing track, details below….
