SWING OVER TO THE KEY THEATRE

Fancy a swinging night out with some wonderful tunes? There are two great shows heading our way…

Terry Dash Music is presenting two highly popular shows at the Key Theatre, Peterborough this month.

First up on Saturday September 17 it’s Twisting The Night Away featuring the powerhouse vocals of retro king Si Cranstoun and his band’s blend of Doo Wop, Rock n Roll and the early sounds of soul.

The distinctive tenor highs of Si Cranstoun’s voice echo that of Jackie Wilson and Sam Cooke and the great black American singers of old. This amazing show is a highly charged toe tapping journey and you’ll be blown away by the pure quality of this wonderful showman.

Next on stage on Sunday September 25, Matt Ford makes a welcome return with his Kings Of Cool show which has become a perennial favourite for Key Theatre goers.

The hits of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Matt Monro, Dean Martin and Andy Williams are given the special Matt Ford treatment backed by his outstanding band.

Matt’s been seen at all the major UK venues and on BBC TV Proms events as lead singer with the John Wilson Orchestra.

If you love swing, The Great American Songbook and songs from The Rat Pack, Matt is a crooner in the mould of Sinatra and Crosby who’ll bring the songs to life.

Call the box office for tickets on 01733 207239.
