SERPENTINE STAFF SLEEP ROUGH FOR COMIC RELIEF

We have to say well done to Serpentine Green Shopping Centre’s service manager Jamie Bridson who’s joined forces with colleagues to raise over £3,000 for Comic Relief.

Jamie was challenged by Sarah Duffin, manager of Beaumont Shopping Centre in Leicester to sleep out under the stars to raise money for the cause. The team of five braved cold, wind and heavy rainfall to complete their unusual challenge.

Jamie and Sarah have raised £600 between them so far and taking their team total up to £2,935. But their shopping centre owner British Land has pledged another £750 to the total.

Jamie Bridson told ESP – “It was a really tough challenge. We had lots of rain during the night and it was really cold and windy.  But we’re all really proud to have done it.”

If you’ve been raising money tell us here at ESP Magazine on editorial@espmag.co.uk or message us on facebook or twitter.
