The Mixology crew are proud to present a post-Christmas cracker of an event with a belter of a line up and what a special one it’s going to be!

On Friday December 26 it’ll be 2 rooms with 12 hours of tunes from 20 DJs!

It’ll be full of deep synths, house grooves, disco melodies and techy rolling basslines throughout the night. The first room being Red Room on Broadway and the second room being transformed from a 70’s 80’s themed room to a dark and mysterious intriguing dance space with an eclectic range of Italo disco, acid beats, house and techno. Installed with sophisticated lighting, an upgraded sound system and a 7am later licence.

The headliners for this monster event are Friendly Fires (DJ Set) currently signed to XL Recordings they’re no strangers to dance music, with both of their records to date having a concerted emphasis on groove, tech and funk. They’ve also contributed to the Late Night Tales series, have had their songs remixed by the likes of Hot Since 82, Tensnake and Aeroplane, and have a resident house producer in the form of Deep Shit’s Jack Savidge.

Then there’s The Revenge a producer who understands the past but embraces the future. His forward thinking productions and versatility as a DJ have ensured him a place as one of the leading names in dance music over recent years.

Also joining the headline acts is the one and only, Jamie Trench. One of the UK’s most promising producers his releases have turned heads in the house scene receiving plays at DC10, Space and all across the UK and Europe.

The bill also includes Tronik Youth who’s remixed over 75 records over the last ten years and released over a dozen singles andhosted great parties all over the world.

On this very special Christmas event the Mixology resident DJ crew are excited to be joined by some of the other finer local talented house night promoters/DJs from across our region, including the likes of Leeds based SetOneTwenty, Northampton’s ContraDisco, Stamford’s TechNoir, Huntington’s Baby Samurai Society, and with other guest DJs they’ll be covering all angles.
