Fat Face will be opening a new store at Springfields Outlet Shopping around the end of September.
Spalding beat off stiff competition from other top UK outlet centres to secure the prestigious retailer. This news follows on from the recent investment in the Blue Diamondrun Home and Garden Centre and the letting to leading fashion retailer Next in February, with more lettings in the pipeline. The Spalding store will be one of Fat Face’s largest Outlet stores in the country. Knight Frank acted as letting agents and SLR asset manage the centre for the owners.
Fat Face will be going into the unit currently occupied by The Works. The Works will relocate to the front of the centre, where Dragon Carp used to be. The current Works store will remain open until their fantastic new store is ready mid-way through this month.
Mr Sanderson continued: “This exciting news follows on from our summer full of free family entertainment, which is still going strong. This week Pip Ahoy has been on stage in the gardens and has gone down well with everyone. Pip Ahoy has followed on from the popular Sid Sloane, who was such a hit with the crowds along with Chantelle Lee, who is back with us at the end of the month. We are already talking to Sid to get him to come back in the future.
“There are some fantastic offers on site at the moment being led by the Next Clearance Sale which is ongoing. Our ‘back to School’ starts this Saturday and top brands such as Clarks, Skechers, Mountain Warehouse and The Works will be getting involved. There will be fantastic offers to make sure you have everything in place for the kids when they go back to school.
