A spokesman for the theatre group said – “Peterborough MASK Theatre is a friendly and skilled group of people from many back grounds with a wide variety of talents, aspirations and ages and has produced a varied repertoire of high quality theatre since 1947.  Since 2003 MASK has played a significant role in the Peterborough Festival performing a week of Shakespeare in the Park (Central Park) every year.

“MASK exists to perform plays but we have a whole lot more to offer. There are regular professionally and internally led workshops, play readings, visits to the Theatre, fish and chip suppers and regular events for fellow performers to network.”
