YOUTH JAM 18 IS A HIT!

A day long celebration of young talent in Peterborough city centre was a huge success and it’s hoped it can be repeated next year.

Youth Jam 18 was staged in Cathedral Square by YMCA Trinity Group and saw dozens of young performers, singers and dance groups show just what they can do – and they didn’t disappoint!

From Gemz Diamondz dance group through Wildcats, Kindred Drama and fabulous local band Caustic Lights the entertainment came thick and fast culminating in a rendition of Boy George’s version of YMCA.

The event was held to raise awareness and money for much needed youth facilities in Hampton.

The YMCA is now looking for sponsors to support bringing Youth Jam back next year – if you can help please get in touch on 01733 373188, email fundraising@ymcatrinity.org.uk or visit www.ymcatrinitygroup.org.uk.

ESP was a proud partner of Youth Jam 18 and Mikey Clarke reported on the day…
