How’s this for a way of shouting ‘I Love You’ this Valentine’s Day?
A giant ‘Dear Valentine’ wall has gone up in the North Square of Queensgate for Romeos, hopeless romantics and long-term loves to express their message of romance for all to see. Whether it’s a message of love to a partner, a cheeky note to let someone special know you like them, or a sweet post to thank someone for just being there, Queensgate’s ‘Dear Valentine’ wall is the place to post.
To help set hearts on fire, on Saturday February 10 and Sunday February 11, look out for the two gorgeous Queensgate Cupids in North Square, take a love heart (and a sweet treat), write your message and add it to the wall for all to see. Cupid is also online these days, so people can send their messages on Queensgate’s Facebook page post now, which will be hand written and added to the wall.
On Valentine’s Day, Cupid’s helper and Queensgate’s Centre Director, Mark Broadhead will randomly pick one sticker from the ‘Dear Valentine’ wall that will win a special prize.
Laura Chandler, Marketing and Commercialisation Manager at Queensgate Shopping Centre said: “If you love someone or want someone to know you like them, our Dear Valentine wall is a great place to wear your heart on your sleeve and shout out how you truly feel. For visitors to the centre, it will make a lovely wall of comments and messages to read, which we hope gives everyone a feeling of love this Valentine’s.”
From fresh flowers at Marks & Spencer and Fleur by Lizz to chocolates at Thorntons, bespoke Jewellery at Style in Westgate Arcade or timeless pieces at Fraser Hart, Queensgate has Valentine’s Day wrapped up with love this year.
