Things are coming together fast at the Brotherhood Retail Park and we can’t wait for this great new addition to the city’s shopping sector…

With just a few months to go before opening, they’ve now secured H&M, Next, Outfit, ASDA Living and Marks and Spencer’s as tenants.

Including the park’s current stores of Harveys and Paul Simons, the 260 sq ft shopping destination is developing at a great speed and is creating a great deal of excitement amongst Peterborough residents.

Phil Huby, Aberdeen Asset Manager, Brotherhood told ESP – “The Shopping Park is now 80% let with only a few units remaining and opening is scheduled for September and October this year.

“The regeneration of the Brotherhood scheme has been a great success for us and demonstrates the strength of Peterborough as a place to invest, something of which it should be proud.”

Brotherhood is set to provide the best out of town lifestyle shopping location in the area and will not only create hundreds of jobs in Peterborough but will also provide local businesses and societies the chance to promote themselves to shoppers in an environment like never before thanks to their community space.

A further name is set to be announced within the next few weeks so keep checking here and we’ll keep you posted. Like us on facebook so you don’t miss a thing!
