SHIRES ON SHOW

Neigh! Yep, it’s back – the big horse show returns to the fantastic new exec exhibition hall at the East of England Showground this weekend March 14 + 15.There’ll be over 200 Shire Horses under cover in the new indoor arena so if you’ve been chomping at the bit (sorry!) to get out an about after all the chilly weather, this is your chance.

There’s also a display of vintage tractors and farm machinery, dog agility, Victorian funfair for the kiddies and loads of trade stands if you fancy a bit of a shop.

Tickets are – Family (2+2) £16, Adult £7.50, Senior (65+) £5.50 and Children (5-16 years) £4.50. Gates open from 8am – 5pm with judging to commence from 8.30am. Car Parking is FREE and the Showground has a network of level tarmac roads for ease of access for the disabled.

Please note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Only dogs entered into the dog agility competition will be allowed on site, and no dogs are allowed in the buildings, with the exception of assistance dogs.
