PARTY IN THE PARK

After last year’s massive success, Nene Park Trust and Heart FM are teaming up once more to bring you the now annual Picnic In The Meadows at Ferry Meadows on August 7.

As well as great live music from tribute acts Take 4 That and Girls R Aloud on the Heart stage, you’ll be able to try all of the park’s usual activities, such as the miniature railway, watersports and hydrospheres, there’ll be fairground rides and even the chance to have a ride in a helicopter for just £35.

Entry to the park’s free, although some of the activities will charge and parking’s £3.50 for the day.

Of course, you could always walk, bike, or get the bus to the park – you could even arrive on a steam train thanks to Nene Valley Railway!
