Everybody loves a picnic and some live music and there are few better summer evenings out than Oundle Festival’s open air concert, Picnic in the Park.
This year you’ll be singing along to We Are The Champions as the fantastic tribute act Killer Queen rock you with sounds of Freddie and the boys.
This should be an extra special night with support coming from sixties star Alan Price and some fabulous fireworks to finish the night with a bang!
It’s all happening on Saturday July 16 from 5pm onwards in Heron Rogers Field.
Tickets are £24 in advance, £30 on the gate. Book now on: 01832 274734 or visit www.oundlefestival.org.uk
There are plenty of other highlights in this year’s Oundle Festival in addition to Picnic in the Park, including celebrated singer and Northumbrian Pipes player Kathryn Tickell.
She’ll no doubt wow audiences with her vibrant folk sound as she and her band make their Oundle Festival debut.
This exuberant performer will take to the marquee stage with her band on Saturday July 23 offering her contemporary take on traditional music from the hill farms of the north east.
For tickets to any shows call the box office on: 01832 274734 or visit www.oundlefestival.org.uk to view the full festival line-up.
