LIVE @ THE LOUNGE

There’s a new series of city centre comedy nights starting up at the Sports Lounge on Kings Street. Already busy with sports fans the guys now hope to attract comedy fans on the first Friday of each month with some of the top comedians touring the circuit.

The first Live @ The Lounge Stand Up Coedy Night is on June 5 with Matt Kirshen – the top 10 finalist from NBC’s reality show ‘Last Comic Standing’ who’s been described as ‘excellent’ by The Stage and ‘A pocket sized dynamo’ by The Evening Standard.

Then there’s Steve N Allen, a regular at venues like the Comedy Store and writes for radio along with hot newcomer Joel Dommett, three time winner of the Comedy Café’s New Act competition and compere for the night Roddy Fraiser.
