Celebrities switch on the city centre

The main city centre Christmas lights switch on in Peterborough takes place on November 15 late afternoon and will feature celebrity guest appearances and entertainment from Hereward FM and the Thunders. Kev Lawrence will be hosting the main stage and told ESP – “Following on fromthe great success of last year it’s really exciting to be involved in the Christmas light switch on again this year – it’s a great event for all the family and everyone at Hereward is very excited!” Last year Cathedral Square and Bridge Street were absolutely packed with thousands of people turning out to see Richard Fleeshman perform live.
