ALL ABOARD THE QUEENSGATE TRAIN

For Queensgate shoppers looking to keep the kids entertained during the seasonal shop, help is at hand with the exciting arrival of the centre’s first Christmas train.

Set to stop visitors firmly in their tracks, the new Christmas train is ready to board from November 9 to 17 and is located in North Square outside John Lewis, Superdrug and Jack & Jones. For £2 per ride, little ones can hop on and take a magical journey helping to fast-track the Christmas cheer.

For further festive fun, Queensgate will once again be hosting a series of other exciting Christmas activities in the build-up to the big day which will be announced shortly.

Phil Drinkwater, marketing manager at Queensgate told ESP – “Christmas is all about family time so each year we like to provide a series of fun  festive activities to help parents keep their children entertained. We’re therefore delighted to welcome our first Christmas train which we’re sure will prove a big hit and further add to the seasonal retail experience.”

To make the Yuletide shop even easier, Queensgate is extending its opening hours on weekdays from Monday November 28 through to December 23, where shoppers will be able to shop until 9pm and enjoy free parking after 5.30pm.  In December Queensgate will also open an extra hour on Saturdays until 7pm.
